Admission Requirements

Primo Dog requires that all guests are people and dog friendly before admission for daycare or boarding.  All guests must pass a temperament test prior to being admitted into group play.  This test is administered on site and takes approximately 30 minutes.

Primo Dog reserves the right to refuse or reduce services based on behavior or health conditions. 

All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered prior to admission into group play

Additionally, all visitors must be at least 4 months old and have completed their vaccination series with proof of the following:

- Rabies administered by a licensed veterinarian

- Bordetella to protect against kennel cough

- DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)

Grooming only dogs are not required to have Bordetella, but must be current on Rabies and DHPP.

Primo Dog DOES NOT allow exceptions to the rabies vaccination requirement under any circumstances.

All dogs must have a quick release collar with name tag.  This helps reduce the risk of injury while dogs are playing while allowing our staff to quickly and easily identify and re-direct dogs if needed.
